At 11:30 Sondra Freeman of Midwest Music Foundation joins us to share information about MidCoast Takeover Fundraiser #1, Friday, February 7, at 7:00 PM at recordBar, 1020 Grand Blvd., KCMO with Verbose, Jesus Loves The Atom Bomb, and The MGDs. Midwest Music Foundation presents the 11th annual MidCoast Takeover. The event began in 2010 as a group of musicians and music lovers gathering for a Kansas City-focused showcase at the nation’s largest music festival in Austin, Texas. The showcase has grown into a four-day, two-stage event at Shangri La.
