For our show on July 18th, host Richard Mabion will speak with Bart Maffrey. Bart Maffry founded Outside the Box Developers with the hope of adding solar to housing developments. It has become much more as solar, energy storage, EV operations and high-performance design will converge to create many advantages and cost savings, leading to the development of affordable and workforce housing at scale.

Bart will help bring solar manufacturing to the KC area with improved technology that will manufacture a better solar product, made, and installed locally, stimulating local economies in countless ways. Overall, it is a complex network of relationships, products, and challenges that Bart has overcome. He has assembled a development team of talented and capable folks, ready to integrate the housing market.
Rich Gutowski of Alveare Corp will also be on our show. Rich understands the importance of preserving our neighborhood communities and how redevelopment work and the training that goes into it helps us achieve our community goals.
