Today, host Richard Mabion will speak with Zack Pistora, Lobbyist for the Kansas Sierra Club, about environmental issues legislation in front of the Kansas Legislature this year.  In 2024, the Kansas State Legislature convened on January 8th and will adjourn on May 3rd.  That is right around the corner and Zack will help us know the status of bills about which we need to contact our legislators.  In particular, Richard and Zack will discuss bills pertaining to solar industry.  For this hour, we will offer to listeners what on earth? AND is there anything new under the sun?

Sierra Club is lucky to have a strong speaker like Zack Pistora and EcoRadio KC is lucky to have Richard Mabion.  Richard and Zack create such strong informative radio. We need laws to protect our general safety and assure outcomes favorable to our ability to thrive.
