Kansas City Actors Radio Theatre
Kansas City Actors Radio Theatre presents new performances of classic radio plays of intrigue, mystery, suspense, and comedy from the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s in rotation with a 10-part original historical drama written by local playwright, actor, and director Forrest Attaway. Featuring local actors and musicians and hosted by actors John Rensenhouse, Cinnamon Schultz, and Walter Coppage.
In “Doppelganger,” the 10th episode of “Kansas City: 1924,” a bold plan is carried out to bring an end to further bloodshed in the cross-town war, but there’s no guarantee – or even faith – that it will work. Meanwhile, shocking revelations come to light and a heartbreaking confrontation is put into motion.
