EcoRadio KC is a magazine show, including live segments, prerecorded stories, and interviews. The weekly explores our interdependence with the rest of the world, showing the connections between the ways we choose to live and the health of the whole community of life.
Today on EcoRadio KC, host Richard Mabion and Rich Gutowski will speak with Karan Gupta, who is principal at Elemental Consulting, based in Kansas City, KS. Karan comes from a background in the utility industry and a decade of experience in on-site and off-site construction.
He specializes in new buildings, retrofits, prefabrication and manufacturing, and community development. He is a Certified Passive House Consultant, LEED GA, EcoDistricts AP, and CNU-Accredited.
Karan has a BA in Economics from New York University and Master’s Degrees in Environmental Management and Forestry from the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University.
This discussion will educate listeners about the need to build and maintain living accommodations in our low income neighborhoods and how easy this is to do. They will encourage us all to GET STARTED!
