PEOPLE, PLANET, PEACE – A TALK WITH JILL STEIN

We bring you vital information underserved or ignored by mainstream media. We are supported by listeners who share our mission.

Thanks to all our supporters!

For our show on April 29th, host Terri Wilke is lucky to speak with Jill Stein, Green Party candidate for United States President.  Jill Stein is campaigning in Kansas City as part of an “Earth Day to May Day” campaign swing through the Midwest. She carved out time to visit KKFI and pre-record our EcoRadio KC episode.  She will speak live at HJ’s Youth and Community Center, 6424 Wornall RD, Kansas City MO starting at 6 PM on April 29th.

Jill Stein wants to be US President because she believes we need an economy that works for all of us, not just the wealthy and powerful. She thinks that to reverse surging inequality and insecurity, we need an Economic Bill of Rights, including the right to a living-wage job, housing, food, healthcare, education and more, so that all of us are guaranteed the basic security for a good life.

The Green Party is an established national party, having laid a foundation for candidates to run for public office at all levels, from local to national. Greens have ballot access in many states but not all.  Now is the time to build a bridge from the world we have to the better world we know is possible. We can grow a sustainable political force to work for grassroots democracy, nonviolence, social justice, and ecological wisdom.

EcoRadio KC is glad to encourage awareness and protection of our world.  Our goal is to ensure our listeners are aware of how we can create a sustainable present for a sustainable future! We support the work for a future in which humans flourish in a thriving ecosphere. We are all in this together and it will take all of us to make the world safe for human habitation for millennia to come.

This will be a great radio hour!

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can about the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”    Margaret Mead
