Radio Active regular Spencer Graves is scheduled to talk this week regarding his proposals for an “International Conflict Observatory” which is a collection of activities to improve human understanding of conflict and thereby facilitate less violent and more constructive management of major conflicts. He is interviewed by Radio Active Magazine leader Craig Lubow.
