We begin with a brief comment by Rachel MacNair of Better Ballot KC about their work to convince the KCMO City Council to put Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) on the ballot. This is followed by a discussion with Bert Knorr of the Peace in Ukraine Coalition about actions they are planning around the US.
People concerned about RCV can get contact information for their city council member plus all six al-large members at “https://www.kcmo.gov/city-hall/city-officials/city-council-members“. It takes only a very few minutes to compose and send separate emails to the Mayor and seven councilmembers.
